QADR Guide to Getting a Disability Identity Card
Step 1: Send a medical report and QID copies of the person with a disability (and the parents in case of a minor) to the QSRN

Step 2: The medical reports will go under a review and approval.
Step 3: The applicant will be contacted to complete the
registration process.
Step 4: Within 2 weeks, the applicant will receive a phone call to schedule an interview with a social worker and to collect the QSRN Disability card.
Step 5: Collect the card at the QSRN Office

Step 6: This card comes with a booklet of benefits, e.g. discounts for glasses, telecom, airfare, etc. and free rides in certain play areas, etc.
Step 7: This card can also be taken with a medical report from a doctor (there is a specific traffic dept letter) to the traffic department in Madinat Khalifa to apply for an accessible parking permit if the main applicant has physical challenges.
